Registration: Deadline until December 30, 2011.
Team fee and deposit: Team fee - 5500 RUR. Deposit of 3500 RUR must payed till January 20, 2012. The rest of the fee must be paid 24 Feb. before the first game. If a team has paid a deposit and refused to participate until 20 January, the deposit is fully refundable. If the team refused to participate after January 20, the deposit will be returned only if the complete set of divisions (24 teams in the Open and 12 in the Women).
Waiting List: Teams from the waiting list must pay a deposit equal footing with all other parties and the priority for transfer to the main list given to the team, which gave a deposit faster. If the team from the waiting list paid the deposit, but didn't get place at LN2012, the deposit will be returned.
Top teams and foreigns: Teams who took 1-12 places in the Open and 1-6 places in the Women at Lord Novgorod 2011 automatically fall into the main teams list. In order to confirm their participation is necessary to send a request to participate until 30 December and pay team fee with a deposit on the general conditions. Furthermore we reserves 2 wild card in the Open and Women divisons.
